Refund conditions
In Miniacons we strive day after day to offer all our customers a satisfactory shopping experience.
For this reason, we carry out a policy of changes and returns so that we can help you in the event that an error occurs in a shipment or that a product is defective.
Below, we detail our policy of changes and conditions:
- Betwen payment and order reception, the customer has the right to cancel the order. If this has already left Miniacons warehouse, the customer will assume 100% of the original shipment and its return transportation cost.
- The customer has a period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to make a change or return of money.
- Changes or returns of products used and that are open or used are not accepted.
- The products have to be returned under the same conditions in which they were received, in their packaging and with the original labeling, since otherwise the good will suffer a depreciation.
- The shipping costs derived from the changes or returns will be borne by the customer, except for the purchase of defective items. In this case, the expenses are borne by the store.
- The economic reimbursement, if any, for any return or order cancellation modalities, will be made through Paypal.
